Urban Contest?

While walking by the Circus Maximus, I stumbled upon an art display of sorts. The sign said "Urban Contest" and there were handful of art pieces matched by a handful of equally-as-artsy young Italians trying to dissect each piece. I couldn't pull up the website on my phone but I will be sure to find out once I get the chance!
