Affordable shopping in Italy? It is possible!

Having now been in several Italian cities, I've found 3 chain stores that have reasonable priced luggage and shoes. Carry-on suitcases average around 40 euros, and tall boots average 100 euros. Might have to pick up a thing or two before I leave!
