We stopped by this noodle house by our new apartment and ordered their special hand drawn noodles. For those of you who have never had hand drawn noodles, imagine udon noodles but thicker and more tender. This particlar dish had a tomato-based sauce with beef, onions, and various fresh veggies. Not only was it delicious, it was so big I had to share it with my mom. Oh, and did I mention it was about $1 US?
