I don't get it. And I don't get half of the English phrases I see printed on T-shirts, posters, and public transportation. What amuses me is the fact that these phrases are purposely constructed to mean something. It's not a random collection of words. So now I will start a collection of funny phrases I see and you try to decipher what it's suppose to mean.
My translation for this phrase: You can only dream of having my boyfriend, biaaatch.

Ok, the phrase in the image appears to be a socialist quote: meaning all people should share all things evenly, including their dreams! It probably sounds better when you say it in Chinese, and sounds harsh and awkward in English.
