How much do people make in Cambodia?

Pictured above are ticket checkers at Angkor. Their main responsibility is to...just that...make sure visitors have their entrance tickets. Sounds like work anybody can do, right? Not really. This is considered a highly sought after job because it pays $300 USD/month, considerably higher than teachers ($30/month) and police officers ($20/month). In order to get this job, you would have to know someone who can hook you up.
And back to the under-paid teachers and police officers. In order for teachers to make enough to support their families, they only teach select material in classrooms so then they can offer make-up classes after school, charging each student $1/month. For police officers to make ends meet, they collect cash by issuing traffic tickets, usually from $2-$6/ticket.

Now I'm curious how much actors can make here.
