I'm going to the Olympics
Ok, so maybe I'm not competing in the Olympics (although, I am quite good at shopping and bitch-slapping), I will be visiting Beijing for the majority of August. I am so excited to visit my family and to be in the middle of all the Olympics frenzy. Yes, it'll be like Times Square times 1000, but it's different when you're a tourist yourself.
I can't wait to be that one tourist who likes to stop in the middle of the street to point at a tall building.
I can't wait to be that one tourist who takes pictures of everything, including the homeless guy wearing a diaper.
I can't wait to be that one tourist who is excited to see a Starbucks in a foreign country. Ok, no I won't be that tourist.
Anyway, I leave tomorrow so why don't you join me on my journey? My goal is to update this blog everyday!
